Three airports serve the Cayman Islands. The newly expanded and upgraded Owen Roberts International Airport on Grand Cayman (GCM) and Gerrard Smith International Airport on Cayman Brac (CYB) are international ports of entry. Only inter-island flights go into Edward Bodden Airstrip on Little Cayman (LYB).

Cayman Airways (800-422-9626): Regular service from Houston, Tampa, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Chicago, and Kingston and Montego Bay, Jamaica, to Grand Cayman. It also offers three non-stop daily flights from Miami to Grand Cayman. Domestic service from Grand Cayman to Cayman Brac and Little Cayman is available seven times a week. Seasonal service also available from Boston (winter) and Orlando (summer).
Continental Airlines (800-231-0856): Non-stop service to Grand Cayman from both Newark and Houston.
Delta Air Lines (800-221-1212): Services Grand Cayman from Atlanta year-round.
Northwest Airlines (800-225-2525): Direct service between Detroit and Grand Cayman, December through April.
USAirways (800-428-4322): Charter service to all three islands.
