Cayman Wedding Information
Romantic getaways. Weddings or honeymoons. When you have three islands and two people with only one thing on their mind then you must be in the Cayman Islands.
Scuba One Travel owner Randy Kraft spent a number of years working at Caribbean all-inclusive “honeymoon” type resorts. Now you can book your honeymoon with someone that has actually been on thousands of Caribbean honeymoons.

For couples looking to plan an exotic island wedding, the Cayman Islands offers something few destinations can match. Exquisite natural beauty infused with civility and commitment. The result is a sort of “barefoot elegance” that promises to make your big day truly remarkable. Whether you’re planning a grand, sophisticated church wedding for 200 or an intimate beachfront ceremony for two, Grand Cayman, Little Cayman and Cayman Brac afford the locales, activities and attractions to make your experience larger than life. And, with a host of wedding professionals ready to help you with everything from floral arrangements to legal requirements, tying the knot in this corner of the Caribbean couldn’t be easier.

An unforgettable ceremony The size and scope of a Cayman Islands’ wedding ceremony is limited only by the imagination. Couples can opt for a traditional wedding in a quaint chapel, stately church or luxury resort. Or, to add a bit of Caymanian flavor, consider marrying amidst the pageantry of the Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park, beneath the gazebo at the Grand Old House, a stately 1900’s plantation manor, or overlooking the azure waters of the Caribbean on the grounds of Pedro St. James, the birthplace of Caymanian democracy.
For a more intimate ceremony, couples can choose to marry on a stretch of sugar white sand along famed Seven Mile Beach or just above the enchanting crystal clear water on the pier at legendary Rum Point.
Seafarers can choose to marry aboard a luxurious catamaran or replica 17th century galleon as it takes to sea on a spectacular sunset cruise.
Those couples arriving by cruise may choose any of the above or, instead, opt for a portside wedding along the cobblestone streets of historic George Town, the Cayman Island’s capital.
However, wherever, you choose to tie the knot you’ll find a venue ready, willing and able to fulfill your desires.
The perfect reception Once the ceremony ends, the celebration begins. And Cayman, as you’ll quickly discover, holds the high art of celebrating most sacred. Regale your guests with a scrumptious gourmet meal at any of Cayman’s world class restaurants. Bask in the awe-inspiring luxury and beauty of one of Grand Cayman’s four-star resorts. Or simply slip off your shoes and revel in the sounds of a steel drum band on a deserted stretch of sun-drenched beach. As dusk turns to night, let the party continue aboard a sunset cruise, on a secluded deck overlooking the sea or in the festive atmosphere of one of Grand Cayman’s exhilarating nightclubs. |

Hi Randy-- Boy, it's been a while since I've spoke with you, but I wanted to let you know that Nathan and I were very pleased with our stay at Spanish Bay Reef Resort in the Caymans back in August! Everyone treated us so well and the stay was very peaceful and enjoyable!! Thanks for the awesome recommendation and the great help! Our wedding turned out to be the wedding of our dreams and Patti did a fabulous job! We hope to get back to the Caymans within the next two years and will only want to stay at the Spanish Bay Reef Resort --- we saw the competition and were not impressed!
Thanks Again, Tonya Woodward --- Used to be Tonya Henry August 6, 2003 Wedding.

Randy, I just wanted to say a huge THANKS for all of your help with our travels to Spanish Bay. (Patti spoke very highly of you, by the way.) Our wedding was absolutely PERFECT. 100% no stress and fun. Sure, when our family and friends left halfway through Chris and I’s vacation they took the sun with them, but it gave us the chance to see the Caymans both dry and then flooded. Can’t beat that! Truly I’m not complaining, though. We had sun for the wedding and sun for snorkelling and sting ray city and bike rides. But I’ll shut up now. You’ve been there a million times, and there’s nothing new I could tell you. My point is: thanks for making the reservations and such go so smoothly and easily. I think they liked us better because we booked through you. : ) I’ll definitely reccommend you to anyone interested in similar travel plans. take care, Courtney Perry (Hamilton) [courtney_photo@hotmail.com] |
